Our excellent service doesn’t end when you’ve placed your order – we also deliver and install all of our products as standard. We have one of the largest teams of experienced installation engineers in the UK, operating from regional service centres across the country.

Whether a simple installation of a simple product or a large-scale project covering multiple rooms and floors – and everything in between – our aim is to install to consistently high standards, with minimum disruption to the client and caregiver.

Our installation team installs products from the Prism and Freeway portfolios, with each installation carried out in accordance with all current regulations.

Our team

Our engineering teams include qualified electrical engineers with a range of specialisms, so you can be sure that installation will be carried out by someone with the experience and know-how to do the job right. Our engineers are also supported by customer service and technical teams. We recognise that the nature of our installation work can involve being around highly vulnerable people and, as such, all of our engineers have full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. These checks were formerly known as Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checks.

We can continue to support you after installation with our service and repair packages. Our team can provide service and repair for all of our moving, handling and bathing products (as well as those built by other manufacturers), with options available for an emergency 24/7 callout service.
