Our packages

What we offer
Our service and repair packages cover all products in the Prism, Freeway and Mackworth ranges, as well as moving, handling and bathing products made by other manufacturers. If you have any questions about our support packages, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Weekday Plus
Twice-yearly scheduled maintenance and inspection of the equipment, as well as repair call-outs, with appointments available between 8AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday. Additional replacement parts are not included in the package price, and are charged at the prevailing rate.
Fully Comprehensive
Twice-yearly scheduled maintenance and inspection of the equipment, with appointments available between 8AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday. Repair call-outs can be made 24/7, every day of the year. Additional replacement parts are not included in the package price, and are charged at the prevailing rate.
All-inclusive
Twice-yearly scheduled maintenance and inspection of the equipment, with appointments available between 8AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday. Repair call-outs can be made 24/7, every day of the year. All replacement parts are included, subject to contract.

Service Centres

We operate a number of regional service centres around the UK, ensuring you’re never too far from a Prism engineer. With our 24/7 service packages, you can rest assured that we can respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently.
