We have the largest network of service and repair engineers in the UK, providing support for our own Prism, Mackworth and Freeway brands, as well as all other manufacturers.
Our service and repair engineers operate out of our regional service centres across the UK, and work in partnership with a number of Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and Care Home Groups as well as private customers, providing nationwide servicing and repair solutions.

What we do
Service and maintenance. We offer a range of service and maintenance packages, designed to meet a variety of needs and budgets, and covering all manufacturers. We can build a plan to suit your needs to include yearly maintenance and six monthly inspection visits, ensuring equipment stays in a safe and comfortable working condition. Emergency call-outs
We know the importance of having reliable and fully functioning equipment. We provide an emergency call-out-service, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Our engineers are always prepared with a selection of spare parts, enabling them to quickly repair your equipment, ensuring consistent safety and support.
Legislation compliance
Our service and repair packages are designed to ensure you remain compliant with all relevant legislation by providing twice-yearly inspections, including:
BS EN ISO 10535:2006 – Hoists for the transfer of disabled persons (requirements & test methods), which states that all patient lifting equipment must be serviced annually.
Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998, which states that lifting equipment must be inspected at six-monthly intervals, and that records must be kept of inspections and services
